28 hours work
These two weeks went pretty good. There was a lot of software configuration going on for people more than anything.
Another person needed raven to be given administrator priviledges because of the way raven saves configurations is inside of the program files directory.
Other people had office 2003/2007 problems. The office problems were in particular random stuttering. This wasn't particularly easily fixed because it wasn't easy to find why it was doing this. Turned out to be a problem with adobe acrobat pro not being updated on most of these computers.
This week nothing really happened at all. I did work on some laptops and get them into inventory and do some work over at the arctic health building.
